Dear Mr. Secretary:
We, of the Committee for Active, Non-Violent Responses to Terrorism, urge you to continue to seek a strong, but non-violent resolution to the Iraq crisis. Knowing the resistance to a peaceful solution in the Administration, we applaud your efforts. You, more than others, understand the horrors of war to fighters and civilians, and its inevitable disastrous aftermath. Show the world that we are strong enough to lead the peace.
