Rent Our Facilities

Rental of Our Facilities

The Chapel Hill Friends Meeting meetinghouse and schoolhouse are available for rental, with some limitations. We especially welcome groups with purposes such as spiritual growth, equality, peace, simplicity, stewardship, and integrity.
  • The meetinghouse can seat 80 to 100 people on 18 benches and some folding chairs.
  • The schoolhouse can seat 60 to 80 people with folding chairs and tables.
  • The small kitchen in the schoolhouse can also be rented.
  • About 25 cars can park in the meetinghouse parking lot.

The opportunities for rental are subject to the following restrictions:
  • The schoolhouse is fully occupied on weekdays and weekday evenings and on Sunday mornings.
  • The meetinghouse is fully occupied throughout the day on Sundays.
  • The Meeting parking lot is usually not available on weekdays.
  • Priority in the use of our facilities is given to Chapel Hill Friends Meeting events.
